This roadmap reflects our current intentions based on customer feedback, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We update this publicly every quarter. When items slip, we report it here.

What We Decided Not to Build

And Why

E-Commerce Platform

Biznetrix is not building a storefront or checkout layer. We integrate with e-commerce platforms rather than competing with them. Our focus is the customer relationship, not the transaction infrastructure.

Proprietary AI Model

We use best-in-class AI models via API rather than training our own. The investment required to train competitive models would not be justified by the incremental capability gain for our customers.

Third-Party App Marketplace

We are focused on building the core platform well rather than creating a marketplace that dilutes focus. This may change as the platform matures and the partner ecosystem grows organically.
