Biznetrix is not building a storefront or checkout layer. We integrate with e-commerce platforms rather than competing with them. Our focus is the customer relationship, not the transaction infrastructure.
We use best-in-class AI models via API rather than training our own. The investment required to train competitive models would not be justified by the incremental capability gain for our customers.
We are focused on building the core platform well rather than creating a marketplace that dilutes focus. This may change as the platform matures and the partner ecosystem grows organically.
How many customers does this affect, and how materially does it change their experience? Volume and materiality both matter.
Does this advance the Business Operating System vision or does it pull us sideways into features that do not compound toward the long-term goal?
Can we build this well within a reasonable timeframe, or does it require foundational work first? We do not ship half-finished features.
Is this something customers are leaving us for, or something that would attract customers we are currently losing to alternatives?
