At BizNetrix, we respect your right to control your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your data, what data we delete, what we may retain, and how long the process takes.
1. Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. This right is recognised under data protection regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws.
2. What Data We Delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymise the following:
- Your account profile information (name, email address, phone number, company details).
- Billing and payment records (excluding records required for tax and legal compliance).
- CRM data, contacts, leads, and pipeline records you created within BizNetrix.
- Email campaign data, automation records, and activity logs associated with your account.
- Support tickets and communication history.
- Any files or documents you uploaded to the platform.
3. Data We May Retain
We may retain certain data after a deletion request for the following reasons:
- Legal obligations: Transaction records, invoices, and tax documents required by law (typically 5–7 years depending on jurisdiction).
- Fraud prevention: Minimal identifiers needed to prevent re-registration or abuse.
- Dispute resolution: Data relevant to any ongoing legal claim or dispute involving your account.
- Aggregated analytics: Anonymised, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Backup retention: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently overwritten.
4. How to Submit a Deletion Request
You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:
4.1 From Within Your Account
- Log in to your BizNetrix account.
- Go to Settings → Account → Privacy.
- Click "Request Account Deletion" and confirm your request.
4.2 By Email
Send a deletion request to support@biznetrix.com with:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request – [Your Account Email]"
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- A brief description of what data you wish to have deleted (full account or specific data sets).
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to prevent unauthorised deletion.
5. Processing Timeline

We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted from our live systems.
6. Account Cancellation vs. Data Deletion
Please note that cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting data deletion. When you cancel your subscription:
- Your account and data remain accessible until the end of your billing period.
- After the billing period, your account is deactivated but data is retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate.
- After 90 days of inactivity on a cancelled account, we will automatically delete your data.
If you want your data deleted immediately upon cancellation, you must submit a separate data deletion request.
7. Third-Party Data
If you have integrated BizNetrix with third-party services (e.g., Google, Meta, Stripe), deletion of data from BizNetrix does not automatically delete data held by those third parties. You must contact each provider separately to request deletion of data they hold.
8. Facebook / Meta Login Users
If you registered or logged in using Facebook / Meta, you can also initiate a data deletion request through Facebook's platform:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find BizNetrix and click Remove.
- Select "Also delete all activity..." if prompted.
This will trigger a deletion request on our end. You will receive a confirmation code to track the status of your request.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Data Deletion Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
