1. General Policy
All subscription fees paid to BizNetrix are generally non-refundable except as described in this policy. This includes monthly and annual plan payments, add-on features, and any other paid services.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers on any paid plan are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, provided:
- This is your first subscription to BizNetrix (not a re-subscription or plan upgrade).
- You have not used the service for significant commercial activity (e.g., sending more than 1,000 emails or managing more than 500 contacts).
- The refund request is made in writing to info@biznetrix.com within the 14-day window.
Refunds under this guarantee will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Annual Plan Cancellations
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day guarantee period:
- Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining months.
4. Monthly Plan Cancellations
If you cancel a monthly subscription:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for the next period.
- No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We will consider refund requests outside the standard policy in the following cases:
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
- Service outage: If BizNetrix experienced a significant, unplanned outage (more than 48 hours) that substantially impacted your business operations, you may request a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same period due to a processing error.

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- One-time setup fees or professional services.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Domain registrations or third-party add-ons purchased through BizNetrix.
- Promotional or discounted plan payments.
7. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email info@biznetrix.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Account Email]".
- Include your account email, the date of the charge, the amount, and the reason for your request.
- Our billing team will respond within 2 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
