I am Maruf Sheikh, a software developer, entrepreneur, and business systems builder focused on helping growing businesses operate more efficiently through technology.
My journey did not begin in software.
Before writing code, I spent years working directly with businesses, customers, sales teams, operations, and day-to-day commercial challenges. That experience gave me something many software founders never get: a firsthand understanding of how businesses actually work.
I saw the same problems repeatedly.
Businesses were forced to manage customer relationships in one system, communication in another, social media in a third, spreadsheets everywhere, and critical business knowledge scattered across multiple platforms.
The result was complexity, inefficiency, and unnecessary cost.
I believed there had to be a better way.
